Methods: We searched for breastfeeding mothers' data on X(Twitter) using the keyword \"breastfeeding\" and obtained 990 pieces of data. Of these, 907 pieces were selected for analysis and analyzed using text mining. Results: After breastfeeding, many verbs and adjectives indicating the mental and physical burden of childcare, such as \"loneliness,\" \"nighttime,\" \"late night,\" \"crying,\" \"breastfeeding,\" \"waking up,\" \"sleepy,\" and \"painful,\" were observed. Positive interjections such as \"good job\" and \"thank you\" were also noted. Conclusions: Mothers posted feelings of loneliness, lack of sleep, and fatigue on social media, but we found that they remained positive even in difficult situations.
