〔Aims〕To explore future childcare support activities for midwives in universities that contribute to the community in a participatory manner after the end of COVID-19 pandemic. 〔Methods〕The subjects were 7 mothers who participated in the childcare support program. Semi-structured online interviews were conducted, and qualitative inductive analysis was performed based on the data obtained. 〔Results〕Seven categories were extracted: “projects that couples can participate in together,” “academic lectures from university experts,” “lectures that can be experienced face-to-face,” “connections with experts,” “interaction with other parents and children,” “consideration for concentrating on lectures,” and “easy-to-participate time, frequency, and method with children.” 〔Conclusions〕Future childcare support plans should include opportunities for couples to learn child-rearing together and opportunities to interact with other families, reliable knowledge and time for child-rearing technique exercises through direct communication, opportunities for interaction and dialogue with other families raising children, plans for interaction with experts, consideration for easy participation in lectures, and especially consideration for infants on the day of the lecture. |

〔目的〕COVID-19収束後に求められる大学での助産師参加型地域貢献の今後の子育て支援活動を展望することである。〔方法〕研究対象者は子育て支援に参加した妊婦と母親7名であった。オンラインによる半構造化面接を行い、得られたデータを基に質的帰納的分析を行った。〔結果〕【夫婦で一緒に参加できる企画】、【大学の専門家からのアカデミックな講義】、【対面で体験できる講義】、【専門家とのつながり】、【他のパパママ子どもとの交流】、【講義に集中できる配慮】、【子連れで参加しやすい時間・回数・方法】、の7つのカテゴリーが抽出された。〔考察〕今後の子育て支援の企画には、夫婦でともに育児を学ぶ機会や他の家族との交流の場、信頼性の高い知識や直接交流による育児技術演習の時間、他の育児中の家族との交流と対話の機会、専門家と交流ができる企画、講義に参加しやすい配慮、特に当日の乳幼児に対する配慮が必要である。 |
